Outdoor

Indoor

  • 835 square foot 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with small kitchen, dining and lounge area

  • This is to be used primarily for the bathroom

  • Bedrooms can be used as dressing areas for bride, groom and models

  • Small kitchen can be used for completing prep by licensed caterers and licensed chefs serving food for staff or food photography shoots

  • The interior is light-filled and decorated with our highly curated art collection and can be used as a backdrop for photo and video content

Rentals + Add-Ons

Pending the size and complexity of your event we have both a variety of items that are included in the fees as well as extras that can be rented in add-ons.

Included Outdoor Furnishings

  • Lounge Area 1: White and grey couch*, 2 white round chairs, fire pit

  • Lounge Area 2: 3 black metal chairs, 5 wood stumps, wood bench, fire pit

  • Oval White Dining/Serving/Meeting Table: 29.1'' H X 47.3'' W X 78.8'' L

  • 11ft Cantilever Umbrella with grey fabric and black pole and base; the base is filled with water which gives it stability

  • Bar: Small 4'Hx3'Wx16"D wooden bar with metal legs; a top ledge for serving and 2 shelves for storing

  • Gas Fire Pits: 2 are available; gas is priced in the add-ons section

* Couch is brand new and additional fees will be charged for any spillage that requires upholstery cleaning

Rentals Available in Add On Section

  • Tables, chairs, tablecloths, market umbrellas, and gas for fire pits. We also have some plants and props for photoshoots; feel free to discuss your needs and we can work out additional details and fees.

Rules & Restrictions

  • The address will be given upon booking and is not to be made public outside your invitation or team/staff communications. Please make attendees aware that they cannot promote the address publicly/on social.

  • Insurance: $1 million liability coverage is required and may be obtained through a third party like The Event Helper. Please list the host, Riviera Libre, as additional insured.

  • Load in / Load Out: All drop offs and pick ups must be coordinated with the host ahead of time. An additional fee will apply for any load-in and load-out outside of the hours of the booking.

  • Setup / Breakdown: Additional fees may apply if setup and teardown fall outside of your rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs and factor time into your booking accordingly.

  • Parking: Free street parking is plentiful. Please do not park in or block the driveway. This is a residential neighborhood so please be respectful and quiet. As possible, please do not park in front of any mailboxes.

  • House Care: Ram board, mats, booties, corner protectors, etc. may be required depending on your event / production.

  • Outside Equipment/Props: Any equipment or props that would impact the landscaping or deck needs to be approved first.

  • No Nails / Sticky Tape: No nails, screws, staples, tape nor gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building.

  • Fire: No fire producing effects are permitted. This includes sparklers, roman candles, pyrotechnics, etc.

  • Noise: Any loud music or noise must be reduced by 10:00 PM

  • Excessive Trash Fee: Guests are requested to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid additional fees per bag left behind.

General Rules

  • No smoking on the property inside or outside

  • No pets or animals

  • Outside catering and alcohol are allowed with proper licensing

  • Live music must be approved by the County of Marin

  • Music playlists via Bluetooth speakers are allowed but must be turned low after 10 pm

  • Outdoor area: moving of some items is allowed; other items are not allowed (eg large cactus); any items that are moved must be returned in the same place; please discuss needs with us in advance

  • Indoor area: moving items is NOT allowed

  • Staff or guests with Covid are not allowed to be on the property

  • Young children must be supervised
