Note:

  • The address will be given upon booking and is not to be made public outside your invitation or team/staff communications

  • Event insurance required: $1 million minimum liability (Peerspace or optional third party eg: The Event Helper) with hosts listed as additional insured

  • Catering and Alcohol: Marin County approved licenses, and/or hiring licensed chefs or bartenders are required if serving food and wine, beer, and/or spirits

  • A member of our team will be on-site to supervise and monitor the space and amenities
